A super hero like Superman cares enough about others to risk his or her life to save, help and protect people. A super villain, like General Zod, uses his or her gifts to dominate, control and hurt people. (Kinda sounds like a bully doesn't it?) 


You may not be bitten by a radioactive spider, or come from the planet Krypton, but you can start by taking action against injustice.​


It's hard to figure out what to do, but it all starts with a commitment to act. For this reason we came up with the Hero's Pledge.


Hero's Pledge

I promise to not bully

I promise not to side with a bully

I promise to intervene when one of my friends is bullying

I promise to report bullying if I see it happen.
